About the role

With us, you will have the opportunity to take responsibility for the entire financial flow from invoicing and ongoing bookkeeping to year-end closing, payroll, and tax declarations. You will work with a couple of the group's subsidiaries in western Sweden and have your base at our pleasant office at Kärrlyckegatan 27 in Arendal, Gothenburg. 

This is a role where you can combine independence with collaboration. You will drive your companies forward and become the natural point of contact for the companies regarding simpler financial questions, but you will also have a manager close at hand as well as colleagues in the group to consult with when needed. Experience in project accounting is an advantage, as is experience with Fortnox, annual reports, and system changes, but if you lack that experience, you will receive support and the opportunity to develop that competence with us.

Your main responsibilities

· Invoicing and ongoing bookkeeping

· Monthly closing

· Payroll

· Tax declarations

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who wants to work broadly and own your processes from start to finish. You are confident in your skills (with room for development), self-driven, and structured, but also unpretentious and easy to collaborate with.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

· At least a couple of years of experience in accounting

· Good system skills and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new tools

· Relevant education in finance

· Experience in payroll management

· Structured with a good understanding of how to plan your time to meet deadlines

· A driver's license. Day trips within western Sweden to meet the companies may occur
