You will initially be employed as a consultant through TNG and rented out to our client SAAB Dynamics AB in Linköping. Your Responsibilities

• Test Development
  • Develop and implement test equipment, particularly within GTE, focusing on modifying and raising the level of our existing equipment.
  • Optimization within the test flow; you will be a central figure in optimizing the test processes.
• Process Change and Level Adjustment
  • Redesign existing processes to improve efficiency and quality in testing work.
  • Adjust the level of test equipment to meet the requirements for outstanding products and projects.
• Analysis and Documentation
  • Analyze current test processes and equipment to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
  • Apply statistical methods to ensure stability in fixturing and test environments.
  • Document and report results to guide improvement initiatives.
• Networking and Project Management
  • Identify and establish contact with key individuals in the testing field.
  • Act as a contact person for various projects and project groups.

Additional responsibilities may arise and change during the course of the assignment.

Worth Knowing

The working time is 40 hours/week, and you have the opportunity to work partially from home. Since this is a business-close role, we prefer that you prioritize working on-site in Linköping. Flexible working hours apply, and travel occurs to Karlskoga and to suppliers. You will plan and carry out the trips yourself.

This is initially a consulting assignment, but for the right person, it may lead to permanent employment.

For your information; a security clearance will take place before contract signing.

Our Expectations

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• Extensive expertise in test development, including experience in GTE.
• Expertise in fixturing, logistics for test flows, as well as measurement and remediation of FPY (First Pass Yield) and defect coverage is crucial.
• Experience in quality assurance in systems and electronics, as well as skills in statistical analysis, such as MSA, are necessary.
• Understanding of tools such as Control Plan and Six Sigma, as well as conducting PPR, FAI, and FAT, is important.
• Additional requirements include knowledge of production, design, supplier relations, capacity planning, and experience in redundancy planning, FMEA, PPAP, and needs analysis.

Swedish and English in spoken and written form are also a requirement for this position.
