About the role

As an Indus Lead, you will have the opportunity to lead improvement and efficiency projects aimed at optimizing production processes and ensuring the highest possible quality and efficiency. You will be a key person in the work of developing and improving both workflows and designs to create sustainable and cost-effective production.

Your responsibilities:

– Lead projects focused on improving cost efficiency and reducing lead times in production processes.

– Optimize industrialization and product design to ensure quality and efficiency in production.

– Drive investment projects from planning to implementation and evaluation.

– Collaborate with development departments to ensure that products are designed for sustainable and reproducible manufacturing.

– Manage project budgets and have a clear mandate to make decisions within the project's framework.

We are looking for someone who:

– Has a relevant university degree or equivalent experience in engineering, industrialization, or production.

– Has 3–7 years of experience leading projects, preferably in production technology or industrialization.

– Is a natural leader with the ability to create engagement and lead teams towards common goals.

Desirable experiences:

– Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma.

– Experience in product development and risk management.

– Previous work with supplier contacts.
