Service-oriented Technician with End User Support Experience Wanted

Responsibilities

As an End User Support Technician, you will work with:

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving via phone and remote control tools.
• Handling advanced user issues and requests through the ticketing system.
• Documenting solutions in our knowledge database.
• Support in a Microsoft environment, including work with Active Directory.
• Work related to network infrastructure, servers, SCCM, and databases.

Your Profile and Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Good knowledge of troubleshooting and working in ticketing systems.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of infrastructure, servers, networks, SCCM, and databases.
• Understanding of ITIL and documentation of work processes.
• A strong support mindset and a desire to help users in the best way possible.
• The ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive collaborative climate.
• 5 years of experience as a technician, with at least 2 years of experience in end-user support.
• Language requirements: Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

The role requires you to undergo and be approved according to applicable security protection regulations. For certain positions at Saab, there may be a requirement for Swedish citizenship.
