Your Role

Now you have the chance to become part of Saab's innovative team in Karlskoga or Linköping as our new System Administrator! We are looking for someone who wants to help develop our operations by managing our project tool, Antura, which is crucial for project management, resource allocation, and cost tracking.

In this role, you will work within Business Support at Saab Dynamics AB, where you will play a key role in administering user access, managing master data, and ensuring that the project tool Antura is used optimally to meet our business goals.

Your Profile

We believe that you who are applying for the role of System Administrator have a strong interest in technology and are motivated to stay one step ahead. You are proactive and future-oriented, with a particular passion for project management, preferably combined with experience of the project tool Antura. Your understanding of project management is combined with a broad business focus and a desire to always put the user's needs first. With an analytical mind and a solution-oriented approach, you tackle technical problems, identify root causes, and deliver effective and sustainable solutions.

We believe you have previously worked with some cost and resource planning tool, perhaps as a project administrator or systems engineer. You enjoy working independently but also understand the importance of teamwork to achieve common goals. You are also service-oriented and enjoy working in a flexible environment where rapid changes and adaptations to user needs are everyday occurrences.

As a person, we believe you are engaged, driven, and curious. You have good communication skills and can communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You also have the ability to make yourself understood and communicate with high quality to various roles and functions within the organization.

A bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology is advantageous, but what we value most is your openness, decisiveness, and your talent for inspiring and engaging both colleagues and users of the organization.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
