Responsibilities

In this role, you will become part of the client's network department. Together with your colleagues in the team, you will be responsible for support, troubleshooting, and incident management of the client's network, communication, and security services. As a network technician, you will primarily work with changes and troubleshooting. The role offers you a technical breadth, and you will work with software as well as network hardware such as access switches, routers, and access points.

You will work with:

• Operation, support, and management of networks
• Lifecycle management of network hardware
• Troubleshooting/rule management in firewalls

Your profile and qualifications

You have studied IT at a university level or have at least a few years of relevant work experience. As a person, you are responsible and driven with a professional demeanor. You enjoy learning and have a good ability to handle both technical solutions and customer relationships. You appreciate structure, order, and cleanliness and understand how this is linked to delivering high quality.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and certifications in networking, e.g., Cisco, Aruba, Fortigate.
