Second Line Extended Support Technician
Are you ready to take on a more advanced support role where complex cases and technical challenges are in focus? We are looking for an experienced consultant for our client's Second Line Extended support function in Linköping. Here, you will work in a team that handles the most challenging cases between Second and Third Line. This role is perfect for you who have deep technical knowledge and a passion for finding solutions to complex problems.

Responsibilities
As a Second Line Extended Support Technician, you will:
- Work with systematic troubleshooting and problem-solving at a deeper level.
- Handle more complex user cases and technical requests.
- Document solutions in our knowledge database to improve future processes.
- Provide support within Microsoft environments, including Active Directory, Azure, and Entra ID.
- Work with infrastructure-related areas such as servers, networks, SCCM, and databases.
Your Profile and Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
- At least 8 years of IT technical experience, with at least 2 years of end-user support experience.
- Solid knowledge in troubleshooting and working with ticketing systems.
- Competence in Microsoft, Azure, Linux, and Entra ID.
- Understanding of ITIL and experience documenting work processes.
- Basic knowledge of networks, servers, SCCM, and databases.
- A strong support mindset and a solution-oriented approach.
- The ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive collaborative culture.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
The role requires you to undergo and be approved according to applicable security protection regulations. For certain positions with the client, there may be requirements for Swedish citizenship.
