Senior Project Manager in IAM

Responsibilities

In the role of Senior Project Manager within IAM (Identity & Access Management), you will:

• Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resource plans, and budgets.
• Drive the project towards set goals and deliveries, ensuring effective progress.
• Communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders, such as network and digital workplace teams.
• Lead project meetings and support cross-functional teams with clear communication and “Definition of Done”.
• Identify and manage project-related risks to ensure stability and security in project deliveries.

Your Profile and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with solid experience in:

• Driving large and complex infrastructure projects with a focus on Identity & Access Management.
• Change management and leading projects with agile methodologies.
• Leadership in complex environments with high security standards, where collaboration with team members and clients is crucial.

Preferred:

• Knowledge and experience in Secure Service Edge and Zero Trust Network Access.

The role may require you to undergo and be approved according to applicable security protection regulations RK2. For certain positions, there may be requirements for Swedish citizenship.
