CRM Application Specialist for Leading Industrial Company in Linköping

Are you ready to take a key role in the development and management of a comprehensive CRM system for one of Sweden's most prominent industrial companies in Linköping? We are looking for a CRM Application Specialist who wants to be part of an agile team with significant influence over solutions, processes, and working methods. Responsibilities

As an application specialist in CRM, you will play a central role in application management and development of our client's CRM solution.

You will work with:

• Configuration, development, and system administration of CRM solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Testing, release management, and documentation to ensure that the system functions optimally and meets all security requirements.
• Close collaboration with business areas and those responsible for services and changes to deliver improved solutions.
• Application support and further development of the CRM system to meet business needs.
• Contributing to the development of new features and solutions, while ensuring a high level of system and information security.

Your Profile and Qualifications

You have a strong drive to develop both technical solutions and processes within CRM applications. You possess analytical skills and are solution-oriented, while also being good at collaborating with others to achieve common goals.

Necessary skills and experiences:

• Strong technical understanding and practical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (cloud-based and on-prem) or similar CRM applications.
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written (Swedish and English).
• Experience in software development, deployment, testing, and release.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of functions, tools, and processes in an IT organization.
• Technical understanding of IT infrastructure.

Desirable skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft SharePoint, ServiceNow, Azure, DevSecOps, Confluence, and Jira.
• Agile working methods in projects and teams.
• Experience working within a service and application support team.
• Basic understanding and awareness of information security and how it applies in operational environments.
• C++ and/or similar languages.
