About Triangeln

Triangeln is a day activity center for individuals with dementia who live independently. The staff at Triangeln provides a safe, positive, and stimulating environment. We work from a social perspective to strengthen the self-esteem of those participating in the program.

Our guests' wisdom, experience, and competence are a resource in the daily operations. Everyone participates based on their own wishes and abilities, and those who need support receive it.

The goal is to give individuals with dementia the opportunity to experience the highest possible quality of life and to support their relatives.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who wants to provide our guests with a meaningful, safe, and peaceful environment at the day activity center. In your work, you will assist in activating our guests according to their wishes and abilities.

At the day activity center, you will closely collaborate with your colleagues and, in your role as a specialist nursing assistant, be responsible for the development of the operations. Collaboration with family support is also part of the job responsibilities. Therefore, the work requires that you have good collaboration skills, are communicative, and can handle stress.

You will have personal responsibility for contributing to the development of the operations while also having the opportunity to develop by working in various areas of responsibility.

Qualifications

You are a trained specialist nursing assistant in dementia care.

We prefer that you have experience working in elderly care and dementia care.

You have experience with IT tools such as computers and tablets, as well as documentation skills with a good ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

You are flexible and have an easy time collaborating. You have a positive attitude, a sense of service, and a fundamental approach to working based on each person's individual needs.

You have a genuine interest in people and their health and are engaged and interested in developing dementia care. We welcome new thoughts and ideas for our operations!

We place great importance on personal suitability.
