Operations

We are looking for substitute staff for home care. We are looking for you who have previous experience in care and support. It is important that you enjoy taking responsibility and can work independently as we often work alone. The working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends.

Job Responsibilities

The work as a nursing assistant/care assistant with us means that you provide support and service based on the individual needs of the clients and are responsible for ensuring that the client receives good care. The work involves interventions at the client's home. Main tasks include assisting with personal care such as showering, toilet visits, meals, etc., based on individual needs, performing health and medical care interventions, carrying out service tasks such as cleaning, laundry, shopping, etc., as well as working and documenting in various systems.

Qualifications

To apply for the position, you must be at least 18 years old, have experience working in care and support, and hold a B driver's license. You must have a good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing to communicate with clients and other staff and to document what the operations and work require in writing. We conduct language assessments before employment.
