Sales Leader for Charcuterie

Coop Eriksberg is a well-established and fine store with a good assortment and a clear ecological profile. Our opening hours are 7 AM to 11 PM every day of the week to provide good accessibility for all our customers. We who run the store together consist of about 50 permanent employees plus a number of temporary staff.

We are now looking for a driven and positive person who has the talent, will, and ambition to be a good leader. We want you, together with your colleagues, to run a vibrant department of the highest quality and constantly strive to take the department to the next level.

In your role as Sales Leader for Charcuterie, you will have very varied tasks; everything from purchasing, planning, sales, and follow-up, to being responsible for staff and leading and distributing work. You will possess specialized knowledge in the field and ensure that the development and operation of the department occur efficiently and professionally.

Previous experience working with charcuterie products is considered highly meritorious, but personal suitability is equally important to us.

The position is a permanent full-time employment of 38.25 hours/week with a start date of April 1 or by agreement. We apply a probationary period. Working hours are scheduled during the day and on weekends. Recruitment is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

• Good Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement
• Completed upper secondary education is a requirement
• Previous experience/education in meat and charcuterie is highly meritorious
• Previous experience in personnel responsibility is highly meritorious
