Production Worker for Family-Owned Company in Norrköping

Do you want to work for a family-owned company and be an important part of the business? At our client in Norrköping, you will have a varied workday with elements of order management, warehouse picking, and machine operator tasks.

This is a direct recruitment, which means you will be employed directly by our client. Start date is according to agreement.

Job Responsibilities

As a production worker, you will be part of a small team where the work is varied and practical. You will work with everything from picking, packing, and labeling orders to receiving and shipping deliveries. Forklift driving and loading/unloading are part of the daily routine, as well as inventory and contributing to order in the warehouse. An important part of the role is also to operate machines in production and perform simple maintenance as needed. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00.

Your Profile and Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is responsible, practical, and enjoys physical work. You are meticulous in your work and have an easy time collaborating in a small team where everyone supports each other. To succeed in this role, you also need to be flexible and able to adapt when circumstances change, for example, with late deliveries or changed priorities during the day.

Requirements:

• Forklift license and experience driving a forklift in work
• Driver's license B
• Experience in warehouse work
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as the work involves handling delivery notes and documentation
• Ability to work physically throughout the workday, for example, during lifting, loading, and unloading
• Available for full-time work, Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:00

Meritorious:

• Experience as a machine operator in the manufacturing industry
