Job Responsibilities

Are you interested in recruitment and want to gain practical experience? We are now looking for an engaged intern who wants to develop in recruitment and personnel management at our office in Gothenburg.

As an intern with us, you will support the entire recruitment process and gain valuable experience for the future. The role includes:

Candidate contact: Find, attract, and interview candidates.
Administration: Register new employees' information, manage timesheets, and schedule work shifts.
Quality assurance: Take references and ensure that candidates match our clients' needs.
Advertising: Create attractive job advertisements to attract the right candidates.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

Is currently studying the final semester of a post-secondary education in HR, behavioral science, or similar.
Is driven, structured, and enjoys working with people.
Has good computer skills and knowledge of the Office suite.
Speaks and writes Swedish fluently and has good knowledge of English.

Previous experience in warehousing and logistics is a plus.

Scope

At least 2 days a week, but full-time is also an option. The internship gives you a chance to showcase your skills, and we are looking for someone who has the ambition to continue as an employee with us until the summer.
