We are now looking for more hourly substitutes who can work during the absence of regular assistants.

I am a 40-year-old girl living in Solna who enjoys exercising and listening to music. In my free time, I train a lot, go for walks, eat out, or engage in other activities. I have personal assistance around the clock except on weekdays when I attend daily activities. I need help with most things in my daily life and show you what I want using body language, sounds, and symbols. I can support myself on my legs and move short distances, so there are no lifts involved. To be considered for this position, you need to be able to work at short notice. It is a big plus if you are familiar with utilizing Stockholm's cultural and recreational activities.

About you:

As a person, you are responsible, energetic, self-driven, and have a good view of humanity. You are positive, attentive, flexible, and have a strong physique as you will be joining me in my training.

You are calm and secure in everything you do and are resourceful. You have good social skills, are meticulous and responsible, and have a good attitude.

Experience in care is an advantage but not a requirement.

Working hours: Weekdays: 15:00-09:00 (waiting time 6 hours) Weekends: 10:00-17:00. 17:00-09:00 (waiting time 6 hours)

Good Swedish in speech and writing is required to document correctly.

Scope: 1-2 hourly substitutes as needed, with a possibility of a permanent position in the long term.

Start date: Immediate, interviews are ongoing.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
