About the role of Service Technician at Werksta Sollefteå – Mercedes & Toyota

As a service technician with us, you will perform service, troubleshooting, and repair of passenger cars with a focus on Mercedes and Toyota. You will work with the entire service process – from customer dialogue to action and delivery – and actively contribute to ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction. Together with experienced colleagues, you will use the latest technology and work with industry-leading methods at our authorized brand workshops.

Responsibilities – Service, troubleshooting & repair of Mercedes and Toyota

• Conduct service and repair of Mercedes and Toyota according to the manufacturer's instructions
• Troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems
• Technical advice and dialogue with customers as needed
• Document work tasks digitally in the workshop system
• Contribute to a positive work climate and participate in improvement work
• Actively work with safety, order, and quality in the workshop environment
• Participate in training and stay updated on new technology and brand requirements

Qualifications & experience – Service Technician for Mercedes & Toyota in Sollefteå

• Automotive education or equivalent work experience as a car mechanic/service technician
• Experience working with Mercedes, Toyota, or similar car brands is an advantage
• Good technical understanding and interest in keeping updated on new vehicle and workshop technology
• Customer-oriented attitude and willingness to deliver top-class service
• Structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented
• Familiarity with computers and digital documentation
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Driver's license B is a requirement
