About the role

You will be responsible for the entire collaboration with clients in the logistics area, from understanding the client's needs, building trust, and delivering against high expectations. To develop and increase sales, networking and building strong and sustainable professional relationships will be an important part of your role.

Equally important is your personnel responsibility where you lead, coach, inspire, and develop our employees who work as consultants. Your personnel responsibility runs throughout the entire employee journey. Everything from recruiting, hiring, onboarding to developing and retaining. You will own the entire recruitment process and be responsible for matching the right candidate to the client's needs. The most important thing is that you create engagement and build a strong team that wants to deliver.

No day in this role will be the same, and you will need to act and make decisions daily while also having the ability to work proactively. If you enjoy mixing operational tasks with business development, you are the right fit for the job!

You will be based at the DFDS Professionals office in Arendal, and will have colleagues in Gothenburg, Jönköping, and Borås.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the staffing industry
• Driver's license and access to your own car
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English

Preferred qualifications for the position

• A degree in Human Resources or similar
