Your New Role
We are now looking for a Junior People & Culture Business Partner for an international company in the technology and mobility sector located in Gothenburg. This role is suitable for you who want to grow within HR and have the opportunity to develop alongside experienced colleagues. As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will be a close partner to leaders in the organization, providing support in both operational and strategic matters. You will play a key role in driving the company's culture, values, and HR processes forward. Examples of tasks include: - Supporting leaders in matters related to personnel, work environment, and organizational development. - Contributing to processes related to performance management, talent development, and succession planning. - Participating in initiatives to promote an inclusive and engaging work environment. - Ensuring that guidelines, labor laws, and collective agreements are followed. - Participating in change and development work related to organization and working methods. - Assisting in HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and development projects.
To be successful in this role, you need
- A bachelor's degree in HR, economics, behavioral science, or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, such as from internships, HR coordination, or administrative roles.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor law.
- Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
