We are now looking for a service technician with a systems interest for our client in Solna. Here you will be part of an international company that drives the development of future traffic solutions and intelligent transport systems.

About the client

The company is a high-tech firm operating in over 20 countries. They deliver innovative solutions for road tolls, traffic management, and smart transport systems with a focus on quality, innovation, and sustainability.

The team

You will be part of a smaller service team of three people. Together, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and technical service related to the company's systems and equipment. The work takes place both from the office and in the field.

Your tasks

• Monitoring of infrastructure and applications
• Coordinating and troubleshooting via support systems and documenting actions taken.
• Preventive work and maintenance of hardware
• Installation of equipment including cabling and connections
• Inventory management.

Part of the work takes place on busy roads and may involve working evenings and nights. The role also includes being part of an on-call schedule approximately one week per month.

We are looking for someone who

• Has post-secondary education in technology or equivalent experience in technical roles.
• You preferably have a few years of practical experience in assembly, service, and maintenance and enjoy varying work environments.
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English
• Has a B driver's license

It is an advantage if you have knowledge in IT, networks, or data communication, basic experience with Linux, electrical qualifications, or experience working on busy roads.
