Information about the position The role of Consultant Manager with us is very varied; no day is the same. You have overall responsibility and drive your own recruitment processes with continuous follow-up with both clients and candidates throughout the process. You will establish a requirement profile together with the client, create an advertisement, make selections, conduct interviews, reference checks, and hire. Furthermore, you will be responsible for daily staffing and have personnel responsibility for your consultants who are out on assignments. You will handle multiple recruitment and staffing processes simultaneously, and it is important to deliver on time with the highest possible quality. 

Main tasks:

• Personnel responsibility/coaching
• Daily client contact with continuous client visits
• Manage recruitment processes from start to finish
• Matching between consultants and client assignments
• Upselling
• Short and long-term staffing/scheduling
• Mastering result responsibility

You will be based at our office in central Eskilstuna and spend your days both at the office and out with our clients and consultants in Eskilstuna and surrounding areas. You will primarily work weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00 but will also work with our staffing on-call service during morning/evening/weekend hours according to a schedule.

To fit this role, we see that you have:

• Previous experience in the industry, preferably as a consultant manager
• Driven and engaged team player
• Relevant experience in personnel responsibility and client contact
• Solution-oriented with the ability to catch quick balls
• Communicative with both clients and colleagues
• Driver's license (B)
• Good computer skills
• Meritorious if you have previously worked in Intelliplan or similar CRM systems
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Meritorious if you have a post-secondary education in personnel/leadership
