JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for three employees for the summer! Do you want to be one of us?

We offer summer temporary positions at 100%, for 10 weeks during June - August 2025.

We are a team of 20 social workers, two budget and debt advisors, two senior social workers, and one unit manager.

The work involves handling economic assistance and everything related to this in the form of investigations, motivational work, labor market issues, and collaboration with other authorities. We work in the LifeCare data system.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone studying to become a social worker or who has a degree in social work. We prefer candidates with previous experience working with, or having completed their practical training (VFU) in economic assistance or authority exercise within social services. Experience with our data system LifeCare is an advantage. We place great importance on personal suitability, where good collaboration skills and the ability to maintain structure in work are important elements.

A driver's license is required.

OTHER

Varberg municipality has a political decision regarding the desired employment rate. This means that the employee has the right to work full-time or part-time as desired.
