Job Summary

Are you looking for a summer job that is a bit out of the ordinary? Are you studying and curious about jobs in Supply Chain? Are you meticulous, systematic, and enjoy working with daily deadlines? Then this could be something for you! We are looking for two summer employees as Supply Planners for our office in Halmstad. Read more about the position below.

Your Role

As a Supply Chain Planner, you play an important role in optimizing the flow of goods and availability in the region's 67 stores. You are responsible for your own area where you independently analyze key figures and orders daily and make relevant adjustments with tight deadlines. Furthermore, the job involves:

• Creating reports and action proposals to further optimize our flow of goods
• Contacting other departments and our suppliers across Europe
• Monitoring deliveries and contacting relevant suppliers and employees in case of problems or deviations
• Updating all modules and tools and maintaining master data in our business system

You will work office hours at our office in Halmstad. The team consists of 7 employees, and you report to the responsible team leader.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently in a fast-paced environment, can easily switch between tasks, and is driven by working solution- and result-oriented towards deadlines. You are meticulous and systematic, and you also have a strong communicative and relationship-building ability.

Furthermore, we see that:

• You are computer and system savvy and handle the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel, with ease
• You have completed secondary education and preferably study a post-secondary education in purchasing, logistics, supply chain, economics, or equivalent
• You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

We also see it as a positive if you have some form of work experience in a similar field.

The position is a summer job scheduled for June, July, and August, 40 hours per week. We would like you to be able to start your onboarding as early as May.
