Job Summary

We are looking for two summer employees as Dispo Controllers for our office in Halmstad. Read more about the position below.

Your Role

As a Dispo Controller, you play an important role in optimizing the flow of goods and availability in the region's 67 stores. You analyze orders and key figures daily and make relevant adjustments to store orders. Furthermore, the work involves:

• Producing reports and action proposals to further optimize our flow of goods
• Ongoing contact with our stores and warehouses
• Monitoring deliveries and contacting relevant employees in case of problems or deviations
• Analysis and maintenance of our ordering system Auto dispo
• Updating all modules and tools as well as maintaining master data in our business system

This role also includes weekend work. You will work office hours at our office in Halmstad. The team consists of 7 employees, and you will report to the responsible team leader.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, easily switches between tasks, and is driven by working solution- and result-oriented towards deadlines. You are meticulous and systematic, and you also have strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Furthermore, we see that:

• You are computer and system savvy and handle the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel, with ease
• You have completed secondary education and preferably are studying a post-secondary education in purchasing, logistics, supply chain, economics, or equivalent
• You handle Swedish and English in both speech and writing

We also see it as a positive if you have some form of work experience in a similar field.
