About the Position

At Wrknest, we are now looking for an engaged and solution-oriented customer support representative for one of Sweden's largest and leading web hosting companies. Here, you will take on a fast-paced role where your creativity and initiative are valued. At the Västerås office, you will work alongside a positive and dedicated team striving to deliver first-class service and create a pleasant work environment where every employee's contribution makes a difference!

This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Wrknest but work on assignment at the client's location. The assignment lasts for 6 months with good chances of extension/permanent employment.

Your Future Responsibilities

You will support customers via phone, email, or chat forums with various issues related to the company's services. In a service-driven and sales-oriented manner, you will provide advice and tips about their services so that customers can get the most out of their web experience.

We are looking for a person with a lot of drive who always does their best and is passionate about providing fantastic service. You are stimulated by problem-solving and enjoy tackling both simple and tricky issues. You are responsible and structured, with the ability to prioritize the most important tasks first. We also believe that you are a social team player who enjoys spreading positive energy to both customers and colleagues.

We are looking for someone who

• Has fluent language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Has good computer skills
• Is service-minded, curious, and enjoys learning new things

We consider it a merit if you have

• Previous experience in customer service, support roles, or sales
• Experience working with various digital tools such as WordPress, Joomla, WooCommerce, among others
