About the position as Damage Assessor at Werksta Kalix 

Are you looking for a role where you can take responsibility for the entire customer process and truly make a difference? In our state-of-the-art, newly renovated premises in Kalix, we are now looking for a committed and organized Administrator / Damage Assessor who can handle our customers' cases from the first contact to completed delivery – from start to finish. Here, you are a central part of our team and contribute to administration, customer service, and damage assessment in an inclusive and developing environment.

Responsibilities for Damage Assessor at Werksta Kalix

• Receive, schedule, and manage customer cases via phone, email, and in-person.
• Conduct damage assessments of passenger and commercial vehicles and document damages digitally according to Werksta's procedures.
• Administer damage cases: order spare parts, create work orders, and follow up on cases in our IT systems.
• Communicate with customers, workshop teams, and insurance companies to ensure high customer satisfaction and a smooth workflow.
• Take responsibility for the entire damage process – from reception and assessment to final delivery and follow-up.
• Assist with other administration related to damage management and daily operations in the workshop environment.

Qualifications and skills for Damage Assessor – Werksta Kalix

• Experience in customer service, administration, or similar roles – preferably within the automotive industry or damage operations.
• Good computer skills and a drive to work with digital processes and administrative systems.
• Strong communication skills and comfortable interacting with customers and collaborating in a team.
• Structured, service-oriented, and responsible with a holistic perspective.
• A valid driver's license (B) is required.
• Experience in damage assessment, insurance handling, or vehicle repairs is a plus, but not a requirement.
