OP Assistans is looking for personal assistants for immediate employment with some of our clients in Valbo. We are looking for hourly substitutes, but for the right person, there is an opportunity to get a scheduled position of about 50% after a period of hourly work.

ABOUT THE JOB

The role of a personal assistant is to enable an individual to live a self-determined and meaningful life based on their own terms. 

The tasks vary depending on which client you work with. This may include assistance with transfers, providing personal care, and offering practical support in daily life.

We place great importance on personal suitability. The most important thing is that the chemistry between you and our client is good. The position involves round-the-clock shifts with waiting time, and you need to be able to work these hours. We will also consider some other criteria:

Requirements:

• Driver's license B
• You can work where there are pets
• You handle the Swedish language fluently in communication and understanding

It is also an advantage if you have:

• Experience in personal assistance or another job considered equivalent by the employer
• Access to your own car

WORKING HOURS AND EMPLOYMENT DEGREE:

The working hours are scheduled for round-the-clock shifts with waiting time. We are looking for hourly substitutes as needed. For the right person, there is an opportunity for a scheduled position of about 50%. With our clients, you always start as an hourly substitute for a period, so that you and the client have a good opportunity to get to know each other first.

• Training – you will receive thorough introduction and the opportunity to participate in several training sessions that make you feel secure in your role, including: - Team Olivia's Assistant Training - Ergonomics and Transfer Training - CPR

Through precision, commitment, and a systematic approach, we ensure that the client's assistance works in practice. Since we are a smaller company, we build close and long-term relationships. Many of our managers have themselves worked as personal assistants and have a deep understanding of the profession. We know what it takes for assistance to work in everyday life – not just in theory. This means we can provide you with the personal service you need while having the security and stability of a larger organization.
