As an age verifier and Mystery Shopper, you will travel around the country on a so-called "loop" in a team of two employees. You will drive our company cars and stay in hotels during the loops. Costs such as accommodation and fuel are, of course, covered by the company. Therefore, it is important that you have a manual B driver's license and good driving experience so that you feel safe on the roads. The loops can vary between 2-5 days in a row. This means that depending on the month and assignment, the amount of work and overnight stays outside Stockholm may vary. Solo work also occurs, but most often you will be in a team of two.

During the work, you will visit stores, cafes, restaurants, and similar types of units to conduct so-called test purchases of e.g. games, tobacco, pharmaceuticals, and alcohol. This is to measure whether the sales unit requests identification for age-restricted items.

The position starts with an introduction in mid-September, you need to be available then to start the position.

Forms of age verification, i.e., checks to ensure that alcohol is not sold to minors. (Alcohol Act Chapter 5 § 5). These assignments are specifically about ensuring age verification through test purchases; to be a test buyer in the age range where age verification is required, you must always be at least 20 years old and/or of a nearby higher age that is age-representative for the legal purchase of alcoholic beverages.

This is to ensure that all test purchases are conducted by an age-representative verifier and that all stores are checked on the same grounds. The age verifications themselves are conducted for preventive purposes.

Furthermore, as a Mystery Shopper, it is your responsibility to conduct anonymous quality measurements. This means that you will visit a unit and act as a regular customer, following a specific scenario to assess specific criteria in the experience of your visit. We help our clients develop quality and sales in customer interactions and ensure that established routines are followed continuously.

Knowledge Requirements:

Applicants should have a manual B driver's license and be proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

It is a great merit to be skilled in written expression and to have an eye for detail, as there is a lot of report writing involved in the job. If you have previously worked in service roles and/or have cash register experience, we consider this an advantage.

The job can be combined with lighter distance studies or other flexible part-time work. The workload varies from month to month depending on our clients' assignments. Working hours are primarily during the day. You need to be able to work at least 3 weeks a month and also be able to stay overnight from Monday to Friday.

Working hours are mainly during the day, but evening and weekend work may occasionally occur.
