OP Assistans is looking for hourly substitutes for a 46-year-old woman in Gävle.

The client is a woman who needs support with communication and motivation, mobility, personal care, and assistance with diabetes.

Our client prefers a calm environment and enjoys spending time at home. Reading newspapers and sorting through boxes are activities she likes to engage in. A dog sometimes visits the client's home.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone who is calm and can work in a motivating way. It is important that you respect established routines and can work in a structured manner. It is an advantage if you are flexible and have a good work ethic.

Requirements:

• You are smoke-free
• You can work in an environment with dogs
• Experience in caregiving
• Can work day and night shifts
• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you:

• Have experience with diabetes
• Have experience with intellectual disabilities
• Have experience with low-arousal approaches
• Have a driver's license and access to a car (not required)

WORKING HOURS AND SCOPE

Hourly substitutes as needed, starting immediately. The shifts consist of day and night shifts with waiting time. Some double staffing occurs during special activities.
