What we will do together  As an AI/ML developer at Softhouse, you will help our clients plan and realize their projects through various deliveries and assignments. You will create Proof-of-Concepts and develop solutions, from data handling to ML training and deployment. You will also contribute technical expertise during pre-sales and sales discussions with potential clients.

Our AI team works both independently and collaboratively on deliveries, meeting regularly to discuss problems and share knowledge. Here, you will have the space and opportunity to help develop Softhouse's offerings in AI.

What we are looking for in you  For us, it’s not just about the number of years of experience, but also about being communicative, attentive, and driven, with the ability to act confidently towards our clients. The role requires a significant degree of independence while it is also important to collaborate and communicate about the work. To succeed in the role, we would also like you to have:

• At least five years of experience in AI/ML development with Python. Perhaps you have worked in a similar role after your master's, or you have gained your experience through a PhD in a relevant field. Knowledge of libraries such as Numpy, Scipy, and Matplotlib is a plus.
• The ability and willingness to give oral presentations and write reports.
• Extensive knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision, especially convolutional neural networks.
• You can independently read and understand research articles.
• Experience in several, but not necessarily all, of the following: Linear algebra, signal processing, algorithm development, statistics, JIRA, Git.
