We are looking for an operational and communicative IT Security Specialist/IT Security Architect who will be an important part of an IT Security & IT Governance team. You will work both strategically and hands-on to develop and strengthen IT security in a hybrid IT environment with a clear focus on Microsoft Azure. The role involves close collaboration with technical experts, architects, and agile teams, where you contribute with advice, structure, and technical expertise to ensure that IT solutions meet high security and compliance requirements.

• Participate in the implementation of IT security solutions and drive improvements in the area (e.g., certificate management, audits/internal audit reports, security testing, and encryption).
• Be operationally advisory in work related to Azure, focusing on PIM and RBAC as well as CI/CD and Azure DevOps.
• Advise on IT security solutions at both strategic and operational levels.
• Implement and follow up monitoring of IT security-related protective measures in hybrid IT environments and in Microsoft Azure.
• Coordinate and plan security tests and vulnerability scans, follow up results and actions, and develop overarching governance, structures, and working methods for this.
• Ensure compliance with supervision and regulations, develop controls and follow-ups, and report IT security within Sweden and internationally.
• Develop training packages together with the existing IT security specialist and conduct training initiatives for the organization’s teams.
• Participate in forums, collaborations, and training to contribute to effective deliveries and a learning security culture.

• At least 3–7 years of relevant work experience in IT security, IT security architecture, or similar roles.
• Solid practical experience in operational IT security work.
• Documented experience with cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure (including IAM/RBAC/PIM, network infrastructure, firewalls, encryption, KMS, logging, and monitoring).
• Experience reviewing and approving network configurations (VNets, private endpoints, firewalls) based on security, compliance, and architectural requirements.
• Good understanding of and experience with the ISO 27000 series, cybersecurity, data protection, and regulatory requirements, especially in cloud environments.
• Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
• Experience working according to SAFe.
• Experience developing structures, routines, and training in IT security.

• Experience in roles such as IT Security Tech Lead or senior IT security specialist.
