About the AssignmentA government agency in the financial sector is set to implement a platform for e-archive. The assignment is part of a larger initiative that starts with a feasibility study to detail requirements and evaluate possible solution alternatives. This is followed by solution selection (possibly via procurement) and implementation of the platform, including any development, configuration, and rollout. The implementation also includes defining future business processes related to e-archive and contributing to training and change management.
As a requirements analyst, you will have a central role throughout all phases and work closely with the business and IT in an environment with multiple stakeholders and integrations.
Responsibilities- Lead and conduct requirements work for both functional and non-functional requirements throughout the initiative.
- Plan and facilitate workshops and interviews with relevant stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements.
- Develop requirement specifications for both in-house developed solutions and standard platforms that support business processes.
- Ensure structure in requirement gathering, documentation, and validation using established methods.
- Work with information and concept modeling and identify and visualize models according to standardized methods.
- Contribute with requirements and support in larger change initiatives where realization occurs in an agile team organization, with an understanding of both project methodology and agile frameworks.
- Collaborate in a complex environment with multiple systems and system integrations.
- At least 5 years of experience in the role of requirements analyst with responsibility for leading and developing functional and non-functional requirements.
- Experience in requirements work for both in-house developed systems and standard platforms for business processes.
- Experience in developing requirements in larger change initiatives driven in project form, where requirements are largely realized in an agile team organization.
- Knowledge of information and concept modeling and the ability to identify and visualize models according to standardized methods.
- Ability to work systematically with established methods for requirement gathering, documentation, and validation, including leading workshops and interviews.
- Experience working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and system integrations.
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted).
- Experience in the implementation or development of e-archive or related systems for information management.
- Good knowledge of legislation and regulations for public information management, including the Archives Act, the principle of public access, and GDPR.
- Experience with standards and frameworks for e-archive, such as the OAIS model or FGS (Common Specifications for Management).
- Experience in change management and supporting the business in the implementation of new working methods.
- Experience working systematically with information security and data classification in connection with archiving.
- Experience from assignments in a larger authority and/or financial sector in a similar role.
