We are looking for an experienced Software Quality Assurance Engineer who wants to contribute to high quality in the development of advanced and safety-critical software systems. You will be a central part of the development team and work closely with developers and other stakeholders to embed quality in processes, deliveries, and documentation from the start. The role combines an operational, hands-on focus with structured quality work linked to established industry standards.

• Work closely with development teams to integrate quality at every stage of the development cycle
• Support the work with test automation and ongoing quality assurance
• Ensure that processes and documentation meet relevant requirements according to industry standards (e.g., RTCA/DO-178)
• Act as a bridge between development, testing, and other parts of the organization
• Drive and promote continuous improvement in quality, work processes, and culture

• Several years of experience in software development with a clear focus on quality
• Knowledge of standards for safety-critical systems, such as RTCA/DO-178, ISO 26262, and/or IEC 61508
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with different parts of the organization
• Analytical approach and a proactive attitude
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted)

• Experience in test automation
• Experience with tools like Jenkins
• Knowledge of Python
• Experience with Git
