We are looking for an IT architect who wants to take a central role in the implementation of an e-archive platform in a governmental environment. The assignment encompasses the entire journey from feasibility study and requirement detailing to solution selection and implementation of the platform, including any development, configuration, and rollout. The role involves overall responsibility for IT architecture at multiple levels and close collaboration with relevant teams and stakeholders, with a clear focus on quality, security, and long-term maintainability.

• Lead and develop solution architecture through all phases: feasibility study, solution selection, and implementation
• Collect, structure, and concretize requirements and evaluate possible solution alternatives
• Specify, verify, and design architecture that meets non-functional requirements (e.g., security and operability)
• Ensure that IT security is considered in architecture and development related to the solution architecture
• Contribute hands-on in the implementation through development and/or configuration of the platform
• Work with architectural governance in agile methodologies and/or according to SAFe
• Support the work with information modeling related to the solution

• At least 5 years of experience leading and developing solution architectures for both in-house development and standard platforms for business processes
• Experience in specifying, verifying, and creating solution architectures that support non-functional requirements
• Knowledge and experience in ensuring IT security within architecture and development related to solution architectures
• Knowledge and experience in container-based environments, such as Kubernetes and Docker
• Experience and understanding of agile work and/or SAFe in relation to architectural work and architectural governance
• Knowledge and understanding of information modeling
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted)

• Experience in leading and developing target architectures and roadmaps for modern document management and/or archive solutions in hybrid environments with a focus on on-prem
• Knowledge of e-archive and diary regulations
• Experience in system development within .NET, Java, or similar programming languages
• Experience in migration between IT systems
• Experience from larger government agencies and/or the financial sector in a similar role
