The aim is to create better conditions for the police's operations through a more cohesive and efficient operational support. In addition to financial management, the new business system will streamline the authority's procurement activities and inventory management of equipment.

  • Several years of recent experience working as a system developer that the Police Authority considers relevant for the position.
  • Several years of experience with programming languages such as C#, Java in recent times.
  • Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.

The position requires Swedish citizenship.

We consider it meritorious if you also have:

  • Practical experience with integration work in Dynamics 365 recently.
  • Programming language X++.
  • Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server/MySQL databases.
  • Experience working in Jira/Azure DevOps.
  • Experience working with business systems.
  • Practical experience in CI/CD environments.
  • Experience working in security-classified operations.

The following competencies are also meritorious; you do not need to have expertise in everything, as you will have the opportunity to develop with us on-site.

Personal qualities

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in technology, management, and a safe society. As a person, you are curious, engaged, and want to create qualitative, operationally close, and manageable solutions based on budget, goals, and legislation.

You are unpretentious, flexible, and clear with a focus on collaboration and communication with different parts of the organization. You have a pedagogical ability to communicate technical solutions to different target groups within the operations.
