We are looking for a senior Data Engineer to join an analytics team that enables analysis and follow-up of a wide range of products by delivering reliable data and decision support. You will be a key person in an ongoing transformation where working methods and platforms are being developed, with an increased focus on AI and more prescriptive analytics.

The assignment includes responsibility related to business-critical item master data, which forms the basis for much of the analysis and is used by several teams. The role involves a holistic perspective on how data is modeled, refined, and made useful for the business's needs.

• Work with data modeling and transformation for analysis and reporting.
• Ensure that data is usable, traceable, and reliable for analysts, decision-makers, and other development teams.
• Drive and establish best practices in data modeling, code structure, and documentation for sustainable long-term solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the business to understand processes related to assortment optimization and follow-up, and translate needs into technical solutions.
• Cooperate with other development teams, data architects, and source systems in larger initiatives where regulations, data quality, and source systems are affected.

• Excellent knowledge of SQL.
• At least 5 years of documented and practical experience with Data Vault and dimensional modeling.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as GCP/BigQuery.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub or similar version control systems.

• Experience with dbt.
• Experience with Looker.
