We are looking for a senior BI specialist/SAS developer to join a development team working with the operation, management, and further development of an established data and analytics platform along with associated databases and applications. The assignment is within the healthcare sector and involves contributing to delivering high-quality, reliable, and secure data and analytics solutions that support monitoring and decision-making in a complex operation with many stakeholders.

The role entails overall responsibility for the platform's delivery capability and ensuring that the solutions meet the operational needs in an environment where quality, traceability, and robustness are central.

• Operate, manage, and further develop data and analytics solutions on the SAS platform.
• Implement, configure, and be responsible for the technical operation of SAS solutions in complex IT environments.
• Develop and maintain solutions in SAS while ensuring clear documentation.
• Work with data modeling and information modeling to create stable and usable data foundations.
• Collaborate in product teams and deliver according to agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Contribute to development processes with code review, testing, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders and requirement owners to translate needs into functional BI and analytics support.

• At least nine (9) years of documented experience working as a BI specialist.
• At least five (5) years of documented experience as a BI specialist within SAS, including work with SAS Viya, Visual Analytics, DI Studio, Enterprise Guide, and administration.
• Documented experience in developing, managing, and operating solutions on the SAS platform, including work in hybrid environments with other data storage and analytics platforms.
• Documented experience in technical implementation, configuration, and operation of SAS solutions in complex IT environments.
• Documented experience in data modeling and information modeling.
• Documented experience in designing, implementing, and documenting solutions in SAS environments.
• Documented experience in development processes involving code review, testing, and quality assurance.
• At least five (5) years of experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and delivery in product teams.
• Documented experience working with SAS applications in at least one (1) of the following: banking, finance, retail, or AML.

• Documented experience working with healthcare data encompassing care production and consumption.
• Documented experience in BI work involving data processing and extraction from multiple sources for research purposes (research extraction) from various healthcare systems.
