We are looking for two network technicians for an assignment in the energy sector where you will be part of a team responsible for the operational management and further development of the organization's data communication. The role involves working with network infrastructure as well as routing and switching environments related to office networks, in close collaboration with management and monitoring functions.

You will have a broad responsibility ranging from incident management and change work to requirements specification, testing, documentation, and IT security-related issues.

• Manage incidents and problems through analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution, and contribute to instructions and routines for incident management.
• Act as a specialist and primary contact for system-specific questions and provide support to other systems, operations, and external parties.
• Handle orders according to established processes and implement changes in accordance with IT's change process, including maintenance and upgrades.
• Support technical requirements specification and develop proposals for technical solutions in new or further development of systems and/or IT services.
• Contribute to testing, such as functional testing during troubleshooting or further development.
• Ensure good management documentation together with the team, such as network diagrams, system documentation, and operational routines.
• Work with IT security issues to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability according to requirements from the IT security function.

• Experience with network infrastructure focusing on routing and switching in an operational environment.
• Experience with incident and problem management in collaboration with monitoring functions.
• Experience with change management according to established IT processes.
• Ability to produce and maintain technical documentation such as network diagrams, system documentation, and operational routines.
• Understanding of IT security requirements related to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
• Ability to undergo and be approved in a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted).

• Experience in contributing to technical requirements specification and developing solution proposals for IT services.
• Experience in participating in testing related to troubleshooting or further development.
