About the assignment

We are looking for an experienced Support Technician Level 4 for a factory support team responsible for IT operations in mission-critical environments with production around the clock. The role requires a high level of technical breadth, structure, and collaboration skills.

You will be part of an engaged team of about 10 people located in Linköping (Mjärdevi) or Stockholm (Solna). The work is primarily on-site, with some possibility for remote work.

Responsibilities
  • Monitoring of IT environments in production and operation-critical systems

  • Incident management and advanced troubleshooting

  • Analysis and problem-solving within infrastructure, networks, and systems

  • Coordination and communication with factories, suppliers, and other stakeholders

  • Documentation of cases, solutions, and working methods

We are looking for someone who
  • Is flexible and comfortable with shift work

  • Enjoys teamwork and has a strong service and responsibility mindset

  • Is solution-oriented and thrives in a dynamic and sometimes fast-paced environment

  • Has an interest in and experience with incident management

  • Preferably has worked with monitoring and operation of ERP systems

Your qualifications
  • At least 4 years of experience in qualified IT support / end-user support

  • Solid knowledge of infrastructure and server environments (Windows & Linux)

  • Experience with databases, storage, and networks

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems

  • Good ability to document and communicate technical solutions

Meritorious
  • Incident management in larger or mission-critical environments

  • Monitoring and operation of ERP systems

  • Knowledge in:

    • Azure

    • Active Directory

    • SCCM

    • ITIL

    • ServiceNow

    • IFS

    • BizTalk

    • Print and label solutions

Practical information
  • Assignment period: 2026-03-01 – 2026-12-31

  • Scope: Full-time (40 h/week)

  • Location: Stockholm, Linköping or Karlskoga

  • The work is primarily on-site, with some possibility for remote work

  • Shift work is included (support 24/5, eventually weekends)

  • Travel between locations may occur

  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English is required

  • The assignment may require security clearance according to applicable regulations
