We are now looking for two experienced consultants for a long-term assignment with a larger organization in a critical public service sector. The assignment involves ensuring stable operation, further development, and improvement of a modern intranet platform that is business-critical for the organization.

The platform is based on Optimizely (EpiServer) and is hosted in Microsoft Azure, with several integrations and surrounding systems. The role suits you who are technically secure, solution-oriented, and thrive in a hands-on role close to both technology and operations.

As a consultant in this assignment, you will work with the operation, management, and further development of the client's intranet platform. You will be an important part of a team responsible for ensuring that the platform is stable, secure, user-friendly, and future-proof.

The role combines development, technical management, and collaboration with the business, and is suitable for those who want to work in an environment where quality, structure, and accessibility are crucial.

In this role, you will among other things:

• Ensure stable operation and management of the intranet platform in Azure

• Further develop and improve functionality in Optimizely (EpiServer)

• Work hands-on with both front-end and back-end

• Manage and further develop integrations with other systems and services

• Collaborate with product owners, editors, and other technical roles

• Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and ensure code quality

• Work according to established coding standards, version control, and best practices

• Contribute to documentation and technical knowledge sharing

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Several years of experience in web and platform development

• Very good practical experience in:

  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript

  • React and TypeScript

• Experience working with:

  • Optimizely (EpiServer) or similar CMS platforms

  • Microsoft 365 and SharePoint (Online and/or On-Prem)

  • Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)

• Experience with SQL Server

• Good understanding of Azure environments

• Familiarity with version control and modern development tools

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Relevant post-secondary education, for example:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent

It is particularly meritorious if you have:

• Experience in the operation and management of business-critical intranets

• Worked in larger organizations or complex IT environments

• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD flows

• Good understanding of accessibility, security, and information structure

• Experience working closely with the business and end-users
