We are looking for a dedicated Turnover Coordinator who wants to play a key role in the handover from construction to commissioning. Your responsibilities

• Drive safety and sustainability initiatives (HES & BBS)

• Identify and report risks for a safe workplace

• Coordinate and follow up on the Turnover Dossier (TOD) and MRB

• Coordinate contractors' and suppliers' documentation

• Utilize project databases for status reporting

• Participate in audits and implement improvements

• Lead the TOD team on-site and prioritize tasks

• Create checklists, schedules, and reports

• Contribute to continuous improvements through “lessons learned”

Your profile

• Experience from large industrial or construction projects

• Good understanding of completions, handover processes & documentation

• Familiar with working with digital tools/databases

• Communicative, structured, and collaborative
