About the positionBjörkviks care and treatment home in Höör has 40 care places distributed among HVB, special accommodation (SÄBO) and short-term care. Our clients have varied psychiatric issues including psychosis, anxiety, personality disorders, neuropsychiatric disorders, often in combination with substance abuse. At Björkvik HVB, we primarily work with a foundation in CBT. As a substitute worker with us at Björkviks care home, you will step in where needed, across our various units. Your tasks will vary between handling the ongoing work on the departments such as supporting clients through presence and conversation, driving, assisting during meals, medication management, following up on activities from implementation plans, and documentation. The position may involve work during daytime, evening, night, and weekends, and sometimes you may be called in on short notice.About the employmentThe temporary employment can start immediately and may lay the foundation for upcoming summer positions that need to be filled.

Salary is according to agreement and other compensations are according to collective agreements. Immediate start. Who are you?You are in training to become a nursing assistant, social educator, social worker, treatment educator, or another post-secondary education that the employer deems equivalent. You may have chosen to retrain in recent years and have an interest in working with people in care? You may have experience in similar work but lack the right education? It is important to have good system skills as documentation is extensive. You need to have a manual B driver's license. It is an advantage if you have experience in treatment work. As a person, you are responsible, relationship-building, flexible, stress-resistant, and secure. In the role, it is important that you show great empathy while also having the ability to set boundaries when necessary. The work involves close and trusting collaboration with your colleagues, so you should have good communication and collaboration skills. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
