About Apoteket Väla

Apoteket Väla is located in the heart of Väla center, one of Sweden's most visited shopping places. Here you will work in a modern and inspiring environment with a large customer flow and varied tasks. We meet both regular customers and many new faces every day, which makes the job both social and developing. At Apoteket Väla, you will become part of an engaged team that is passionate about service, health, and making a difference in our customers' everyday lives. One of our wonderful colleagues is retiring, which opens up for a new star to join our team. The position can be filled either full-time or part-time, depending on what suits you.

The working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Saturdays 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Sundays 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

Your role

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you will handle counseling, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer meeting.

What you will do with us:

• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer meeting, with care and understanding for people's different needs.
• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel safe with us.
• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.
• Stay updated on our product range and our campaigns, to provide customers with the best possible help.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and customer experience at our pharmacy.

Who are we looking for?

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and medications.

• You have experience working with prescription dispensing.
• You have a particular interest in self-care, digital counseling, quality, or mentoring.
• You have a warm and professional demeanor where you see each customer.
• You enjoy collaborating and contribute positively to the team.
• We believe you thrive in an environment where structure and results go hand in hand.
