At Today Consulting, we are looking for our next team member. We are seeking a person who loves customer contact and is passionate about building long-term customer relationships. In the role of appointment setter, you will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service by being attentive, driven, and goal-oriented. Your responsibility is to book qualified meetings both for us at Today Consulting and for our external clients.
You will have overall responsibility for appointment setting, which includes preparing lists/materials of companies to contact, actively calling and engaging with companies, sending out information to those who request it, following up on calls, and sending calendar invitations and information upon booking.
To succeed in this role, previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or similar is required, as well as the ability to easily connect with people and a drive to create satisfied and long-term customer relationships.
