Your responsibilities:

• Provide professional and friendly support via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently.
• Provide clear and accurate information about our products and services.
• Work proactively to identify and meet customer needs.
• Document and follow up on cases in our system.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is stress-resistant and can handle a fast pace while maintaining a high level of service.
• Has patience and can be meticulous even under pressure.
• Has good communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Is a problem solver who enjoys taking initiative and finding solutions.
• Has experience in customer service or a similar role (preferable but not required).
• Is flexible and can juggle multiple tasks at once.
