About the organization

Kry healthcare center Höör opened in February 2023 in modern and new premises, along with a midwifery clinic. The healthcare center is responsible for approximately 5300 registered patients and is run by 23 dedicated employees. The center is characterized by a modern working method, innovation, new thinking, and patient-centered care. With a shared vision of putting the patient at the center through high accessibility and good service to provide patients with the primary care of the future.

About the role As a resident physician in general medicine with us, you will have an independent and varied job at our clinic, dealing with various complaints, investigations, scheduled checks of chronic diseases, and much more. You will have a personal supervisor and opportunities to consult specialists in your daily work. You and your supervisor, together with a study director, will create an individual study plan to meet all the requirements in the National Board of Health and Welfare's goal description for a specialist training. We place great emphasis on working closely with patients, with continuity and a focus on achieving the best possible care through collaboration between different professions.

Qualifications & qualities

• You have a Swedish medical license and a strong interest in general medicine.
• Your language skills in Swedish correspond to a documented C1 level, as it is important that you can communicate fluently with patients, relatives, and colleagues.
• You place great importance on the holistic perspective in each individual patient meeting.
• You have a good attitude and prioritize putting the patient first.
• You have good collaboration skills and are attentive to both colleagues and patients.
• You are meticulous in your work and take great responsibility for your tasks.
• Experience in Swedish primary care is an advantage.
