Are you a service-oriented IT technician who enjoys working closely with users and solving their technical challenges? We are now looking for an IT Support Technician for an exciting company in central Stockholm.

As an IT Support Technician, you will be part of a team responsible for delivering top-notch IT support to the company's users. The role is primarily onsite and involves daily contact with colleagues in the office.

You will work in a varied environment where you handle everything from troubleshooting and user support to installation and administration of clients and systems.

• Provide user support onsite and via phone/remote for hardware, software, and networks
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, mobile phones, and other equipment
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings (Active Directory, O365)
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents and escalate more complex issues as needed
• Participate in smaller IT projects and improvement initiatives within support and operations
• Document solutions and contribute to an improved internal knowledge base

• 2–3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in an international environment
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Teams
• Experience with Active Directory and basic networking knowledge
• Experience with Mac OS and mobile devices (iOS/Android) is a plus
• Good understanding of IT security and user permissions
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
