We are looking for a service-oriented IT Technician/IT Support for our office in Solna. The position involves approximately 10 hours per week, where we mutually decide on one or two fixed working days. The arrangement may vary over time depending on needs.

Start: beginning of February (2/2 or 9/2)

• User support for Windows and MacOS
• Support and maintenance of Microsoft Office, antivirus, browsers, and other standard tools
• Updating agreed software
• Ensuring operation of workstations, servers, and other devices
• Documentation of the IT environment and device lifecycle
• Physical installation of equipment and handling repairs and hardware needs
• Participation in smaller IT projects and support during office changes

• Approx. 1 day/week at the office in Solna
• 2–4 hours/week case management remotely

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Intune
• Basic IT skills in software and hardware as well as networking
• Good communication skills and service mindset
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and take responsibility
• Experience with documentation and understanding the importance of reporting
