We are looking for a requirements analyst with a focus on information security for an operation in the energy sector where handling sensitive information imposes high demands on structure, traceability, and regulatory compliance. The assignment involves creating a clear requirements picture that supports decision-making and the design of future security solutions, in close collaboration with relevant operations and security functions.

You will contribute by analyzing existing working methods, tool support, and needs, ensuring that requirements harmonize with relevant laws and established standards.

• Plan and conduct requirements gathering through workshops, interviews, and analysis.
• Document, structure, and track requirements in a consolidated requirements specification.
• Validate requirements against operational needs, applicable regulations, and security standards.
• Identify, analyze, and document security risks related to requirements and proposed solutions, and recommend actions.
• Prepare decision-making materials that clarify the status of requirements, risks, and recommendations.
• Act as a link between operations, technical resources, and security functions to create a common understanding.
• Support technical teams in implementing security and operational requirements.
• Continuously report progress, deviations, and risks to relevant stakeholders.

• 5–6 years of experience as a requirements analyst/requirements leader (equivalent competence level 3).
• Experience in planning and conducting requirements gathering through workshops and interviews.
• Experience in documenting, structuring, and tracking requirements in specifications.
• Experience in identifying and analyzing security risks related to requirements and solutions.
• Knowledge of the Security Protection Act and PMFS 2022:1 (where applicable) in relation to requirements specification.
• Understanding of information security standards such as ISO 27001 and/or NIST.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted).

• Experience in requirements work in environments with high security requirements and sensitive information.
