We are now looking for a Tech Lead Security for an expanding organization in Stockholm. You will be a central part of the organization’s extensive transformation journey and play a key role in ensuring future-proof security solutions. The company is facing a comprehensive transformation journey where a completely new infrastructure is being built alongside the existing one. In the role of Tech Lead Security, you combine a strategic perspective with practical implementation and lead technical initiatives within your area, focusing on stability, security, and high availability. Your main responsibilities include:

• Ensuring that technical solutions within your area meet the established technical and security requirements, for example in PKI/HSM, IAM/PAM, SIEM, EDR, NDR, SOC, IDS/IDP, SVS, etc.

• Participating in ongoing implementation projects and proactively identifying relevant areas for development and security solutions, as well as driving these initiatives forward.

• Defining requirements for monitoring and capacity reporting.

• Contributing expertise in technical risk assessments.

• Collaborating closely with, for example, Service Manager and Vendor Manager regarding lifecycle management, SLA, etc.

• Sharing knowledge and coaching employees and suppliers to strengthen the team's competence.

We see that you have:

• Technical knowledge in IT security, such as PKI/HSM, IAM/PAM, SIEM, EDR, NDR, SOC, IDS/IDP and/or SVS.

• Experience in managing security services.

• Experience in risk assessment work.

• Experience in IT deliveries based on ITIL and preferably experience from regulated operations.

• Knowledge in compliance, reporting, auditing, hardening/patching, and security architecture.

• Relevant academic degree or equivalent education and experience in the relevant field.
