About the job
The Swedish Tax Agency is now entering a new phase of building and innovation as we will deliver IT services and IT operations to more government agencies. We are therefore scaling up and strengthening our teams with new employees who want to work with the delivery of these services to Sweden's authorities.
The culture at the Swedish Tax Agency is characterized by an agile working method with a high ceiling and an open dialogue for change and development. You are part of the unit of the Swedish Tax Agency's technical service unit (STT) with about 500 employees. We are responsible for development, maintenance, and operations, delivering services within infrastructure, platforms, and IT workplaces to several authorities.
You belong to a team that delivers the collaboration platform; SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, Outlook, etc. We have recently rolled out M365 and the hybrid environment that will develop into a hybrid, multi-tenant environment as we begin to deliver to more authorities.
You will work with technical support within second and third line issues where you have an important role. The tasks are varied, including incident management, troubleshooting, operational support, and ongoing maintenance. You are an active part of projects, contribute to improvement work, and help automate recurring tasks, among other things using PowerShell. In addition, you will participate in knowledge transfer by developing and maintaining documentation in the form of instructions and guides, as well as conducting training sessions.
You also support the agency's Service Desk (first line) by contributing to knowledge transfer and supporting routines and processes. Finally, you are involved in managing and further developing the team's processes, ensuring stable and secure operations, and providing statistical data as needed.

You belong to the IT department and the Section for Digital Collaboration located in Sundbyberg. Currently, there are 19 colleagues in the section.
About you

In this job, you should:
- have good collaboration skills, be helpful, and have a good attitude

- have a structured working method and good delivery capacity
- express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish.
You should also have:
- current and relevant work experience in technical support (incidents, troubleshooting, and problem-solving) within Outlook/Exchange, Teams, Skype, OneNote, and SharePoint
- current and relevant experience of Microsoft 365 and hybrid environments in larger organizations
- current and relevant experience of Windows 11 in larger environments
- current and relevant work experience in scripting/automation using PowerShell
- current and relevant work experience in handling cases in ServiceNow
- work experience in creating statistical panels in e.g., ServiceNow and producing statistics on cases, phone calls, and chats
- current and relevant work experience in using and understanding Active Directory and Microsoft Entra
- work experience in working according to both ITIL and SAFe
- current experience of Jira and Confluence
It is desirable that you have:
- current and relevant work experience within Windows Server
- experience in conducting user training and writing/maintaining user manuals
- experience working in the public sector
Good to know
The employment is permanent and may begin with a six-month probationary period.
Employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security review with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment. For some of our tasks in the security class, Swedish citizenship is required.
